Alfa and Beta waves

Alfa and Beta brainwaves are waves that are produced by the brain in certain state of consciousness.

Alfa induces creativity and beta waves concentration and alertness. It appears that certain tones trigger these waves in the brain. I have listened to these tones to see what effect they would have on me while painting.
